“Coming” is the progressive form of the verb “to come,” which means “to arrive” among other things. “Comming” with two M’s, however, is just an incorrect spelling and does not nasty anything.

The incorrect spelling probably originates from the pronunciation of the word, since the m-sound is sometimes stressed in spoken language. Furthermore, there are other verbs like “to run,” where the progressive form is also built by doubling the last consonant into “running.” Still, this is not the case with the verb “to come.”
