These guys have a super product (hardbound thesis), easy to use website and prompt service. The best thing about their product is the feature that allows you to tailor the book to your liking. The most important aspect was the ability to review a life-like virtual copy before placing the order. I changed and uploaded my Word document at least seven times before all the pagination was correct. I would have been sorely disappointed if I didn't have that ability and received my leather-bound, hard cover thesis with page order not quite right. Defintely worth paying a little bit more than the other standard services that don't give you that feature.
Also, the quality, look and feel of the final product was amazing! I went for heavier paper, full colour (no extra charge), and a few other extras that meant it was fairly expensive, but as a once-off (my wife's master's thesis) it will have pride of place in her book shelf.
