Comb binding is produced in three steps. In the first one, the front and the back page including all pages of your paper will get their punching holes for the metal or plastic comb binding. In the second step, the pages of your academic paper will be enclosed by the front and back page. In the last step, the comb will be inserted in the punching holes and closed. Is your order put through our online print shop, the production process will be completed within 24 – 72 hours.
Comb binding is mainly used for smaller academic papers due to its minimalistic style. For more important papers, other bindings are more suitable. Using the 3D configurator, you can test how your academic paper will look with each binding in the online print shop.

The comb binding is our most affordable option for your paper. The price starts by CAN$13.90. The total price depends on how many pages your paper has and whether you would like extra features with your binding.

The comb binding is provided in seven different sizes, based on the number of pages. The spiral diameters’ range varies from 6 mm to 22 mm. The maximum number of pages is also based on the weight of the paper used.
Comb binding can fit more sheets of 27 lb paper than sheets of 32 lb paper. You need to bind more than 300 pages? Than we recommend double-sided printing.
